In December 2024, The New York City Council announced the launch of a new city-funded initiative to provide unconditional, direct cash payments to pregnant women experiencing housing insecurity. Bridge participants Briana, Britany, and Daniela spoke alongside Council Speaker Adrienne Adams to celebrate this historic launch.
