Requirements and Guidelines
• Live in the City of Milwaukee* • Be 18 years of age or older • Be 23 weeks pregnant or less • Have an annual household income of less than $39,000 No SSN or ITIN required *The program is open citywide; however, some funding is designated to prioritize eligible participants living in specific neighborhoods and ZIP codes: 53204, 53205, 53206, 53208, 53215 or 53218, with priority given to residents of the Lindsay Heights, Clarke Square, Layton Boulevard West, Washington Park and Silver Spring neighborhoods.

We are currently enrolling in Appalachia, where up to 1,250 participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups: a high cash group or a low cash group. Both groups will receive cash payments and participate in the 18-month research study.
