Requirements and guidelines
All applicants must:
Live in Douglas Country, Nebraska
Be at least 18 years of age
Be at most 27 weeks pregnant
Make less than $39,000 annually
Appalachia
We are currently enrolling in Appalachia, where up to 1,250 participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups: a high cash group or a low cash group. Both groups will receive cash payments and participate in the 18-month research study.

within
the
states
of
Kentucky,
Ohio,
West
Virginia,
or
Tennessee
Be at least 18 years of age
Be at most 14 weeks pregnant
Submit proof of pregnancy that includes:
Patient's name
Clinic's name, location, and contact info
Date of visit to medical provider
Expected due date
